U.S. corn farmers wary of vomitoxin, latest stress on global grain supplies


HAMBURG, Nov 21 (Reuters)Turkey’s state grain board TMO has issued an international tender to purchase a total 40,000 tonnes of rice, traders said on Monday.

The deadline for submissions of price offers in the tender is Nov. 25.

Shipment was sought between Dec. 5, 2022, and Feb. 15, 2023. Long grain and short grain rice packed in bags is sought.

Supplies already in warehouses in Turkey can be offered along with imports.
