Newcrest Mining Gold Production Surged in Q4 FY22

The gold output from Masbate mine totalled 49,902 ounces in Q3, whereas that from Fekola Mine in Mali stood at 129,933 ounces.

SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): B2Gold Corporation provided updates on gold production and revenue for the third quarter this year. The company noted that it is on track to achieve the annual gold production guidance for 2022.

The company press release noted that gold production during the quarter totalled 227,016 ounces, inclusive of 12,113 ounces of attributable production from Calibre Mining Corp. This was comparatively lesser than the planned production for the quarter, mainly due to operational challenges at Fekola and Otjikoto mines. The full year 2022 gold production from Otjikoto mine is expected to be in the lower end of the previous guidance of 165,000-175,000 ounces.
